Latest News Rough Hollow Parade of Homes Residence wins Texas Institute of Building Design Awards Hobbs, Ink [one of our collaborative partners for the Rough Hollow Parade of Homes Residence] notified us that the project was given awards including First place for "Best Built and Photographed Design over 4,001 square feet", Designer's Choice, and the W.R. Coleman award [judges favorite] at the Texas Institute of Building Design Awards that was held Saturday, June 11, 2011. We are thrilled to hear the news! Rough Hollow Parade of Homes Residence wins MAX award The Home Builders Association of Greater Austin held their annual MAX awards gala Saturday, May 14th, 2011. PPDS and Triton Custom Homes were pleased to be notified that the Parade of Homes residence was honored with the Best Interior Merchandising/Model Home for the Parade of Homes or Showcase Home category. Congratulations also go out to Triton and our other collaborator on the project, Hobbs, Ink, who won several awards including one for Best One-of-a-Kind Home for the Rough Hollow home. PPDS RECEIVES PINNACLE AWARD AGAIN PPDS was recently nominated by the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Austin City Center for the 2009 IIDA Texas/Oklahoma Pinnacle Award in the Small Firm category. This award represents the highest honor that the IIDA Texas/Oklahoma Chapter can bestow upon a design firm and is granted only to firms that have consistently contributed aspirations of the profession of interior design, to the community. The nomination itself is a great honor and indicates that our firm has indeed reached a high point with our reputation for service to the community, the profession, and to IIDA. We are pleased to announce that we were chosen as this year's recipient! LIFEWORKS PPDS participated in the LifeWorks' 3rd Annual Home Improvement Challenge through volunteering to design an apartment for one of LifeWorks' youths that is transitioning from crisis to safety and success. PPDS along with our Corporate Team Sponsor, Dell, not only redecorated rooms, we had the opportunity to change a person's life! It was the most rewarding and exciting community service project PPDS has ever been involved in.
